I am the owner and founder of Body Acumen, and I bring 18 years experience in the health and wellness industry to my work. I help people tap into their bodies’ genius and discover the amazing healing capabilities of the body. I teach them simple self-treatment techniques that empower them to live active and full lives without pills or potentially expensive or invasive procedures.
